Neil Tague Penrith housebuilder Genesis Homes is to start next month on 81 homes in Stainburn, close to Workington. Farries Field will include two-, three- and four-bedroom housing, along with bungalows, on a site consented by Allerdale Council 1.5 miles from the coastal town. The completed scheme will include 4.5 acres of open space with play areas, wildflower meadows and planting.
