According to Teslarati, the site has been able to get pictures of the refreshed Model S testing in the Fremont track. This further corroborates reports by The Kilowatts youtube which posted pictures of the vehicle driving around Fremont.

This further corroborates earlier reports by members of The kilowatts youtube channel who have been doing multiple drive-bys around Tesla’s Fremont factory. In their drive-bys, they were able to spot four instances of the refreshed Model S driving around the Fremont plant.
The vehicles they spotted had dealer plates. This makes the chances of the vehicles they spotted being some aftermarket modification to the body highly unlikely.

Tesla claims a software engineer by the name of Alex Khatilov stole critical automated software. The scripts took Tesla 12 years and 200 man-years to develop.

Tesla has filed a lawsuit with United States District Court for Northern California alleging Alex Khatilov, a systems engineer hired by Tesla has stolen proprietary automation software the entire organization operates by.
The suit comes after Tesla’s information security personnel learned Mr. Khatilov improperly transferred 26,000 scrips Tesla uses to automate its operations. The allegedly stolen data contains a number of Tesla’s automation processes by which the entire manufacturing process from ordering parts to delivering vehicles runs on.

A flyover over Tesla’s Fremont factory by Gabeincal who has been flying drones over Tesla’s California production plant has revealed what might possibly be the first look at Tesla’s refreshed Model S and X vehicles.
The sighting shows 3 vehicles moving in tandem and being dragged with a mover. As you can see from the video the vehicles are covered with white clothing and it is very hard from the footage to say these are definitely the Model S and X.

Tesla Gigafactory Texas has received the first parts of the Giga Press machines to be installed on the site. The parts come from IDRA, an Italian company and Tesla s manufacturing partner for the Giga Press.

Tesla has received parts for the Giga Press, the company’s giant casting machine and the biggest casting machine in the world, at its Texas Gigafactory building site. For the construction of the machine, Tesla has contracted a company called IDRA out of Italy. Giant boxes from IDRA were seen being unloaded from 18 wheelers in drone videos taken by Joe Tegtmeyer and Jeff Roberts.
