Philly institute of hip hop entrepreneurship is all about inspiring local youth to become Business Owners tayibb smith and Meegan Denenberg are taking a new approach when it comes to teaching young people Business Practices. We worked with a lot of young men and women who are looking to i think be founders, president s, all these big labels and everything they want to do. And we realized that a lot of them had no idea on how to run a business. So the pair received a 300 thousand dollar grant from the Knight Foundation to teach a group of urban millennials in philly how to create their own companies and the institute of hip hop entrepreneurship was born.
