MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Despite the Coronavirus pandemic, the show must go on for Ballet Memphisâ flagship production of the Nutcracker.
âHow do you pivot in a pandemic? For us what would have been our 33rd year performing at the Orpheum Theater, we had to think differently about this yearâs Nutcracker,â Gretchen Wollert McLennon, President and CEO of Ballet Memphis, said.
This year, youâll get to watch the holiday classic from the comfort of your own home thanks to a one hour professionally shot movie thatâll air on public TV stations across the state called, âThe Nutcracker: A Gift From Ballet Memphis.â
