Im happy to report not only are we seeing sunshine, but that rain has since now moved off to the east. Were looking at drying conditions here. I think our rain chances are done for the day. The thing that were more concerned about is really if youre traveling, what kind of rain are we looking at or snow . Even all the way up through new england. You can see some of that mixed precipitation coming from upstate new york and maine. For us, again, we are looking dry. Temperatures challenged. Right now were in the 40s. Winter, i want it to feel like winter, well, today is your day or at least this morning is your morning. Everything in green obviously is rain. What you see in pink is a wintry mix. So primarily sleet and a mix of snow there. And then you see the purple, yeah, seeing some snow in some areas but again, we have so much sleet mixing in and rain and freezing rain that its creating a complicated picture north and west. It results in a slushy mess on the roads but one that is slippery and quite dangerous. This shows you where we are in relation to the moisture so how much more of it we have to go.
