The Lumineers lit up the Amway Center with their soul-soothing Brightside Tour. The two-hour set was hopeful, restorative and, most surprisingly, intimate for a near-capacity stadium show. Mixing in personal stories and anecdotes between the music, Wesley Schultz and his six-member ensemble proved that less truly is more. English singer-songwriter and guitarist James Bay opened for the Colorado-based folk singers.
After an earlier postponement, Snail Mail finally came to Orlando on Tuesday and it was more than worth the wait for the eager crowd. Snail Mail enchanted with a masterclass on dreamy indie-pop, and openers Hotline TNT and Momma took a walk on the wild side.
