The Phú Quốc City’s People’s Committee has submitted a proposal to the Kiên Giang Province’s People’s Committee asking for investment to build a waste treatment plant project with a capacity of 300 tonnes a day, with a total investment of about VNĐ300 billion (US$12 million).
