Photo: Tu Trung / Tuoi Tre The Ho Chi Minh City taxman has said it will try collecting tax from landlords when they lease residential, commercial or office spaces in apartment buildings in District 11 in the coming time. This is a part in Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department’s report to the municipal People’s Committee outlining its plan to collect taxes in such fields as e-commerce, consultancy, construction design, banking, healthcare, and real estate, Zing News reported on Saturday. In the field of real estate, the taxman said it will tax landlords who rent out their houses, flats, and business spaces in apartment buildings; individuals and organizations that directly do business or provide services in such buildings; and lessors of office spaces there.
