Kota Kinabalu: An undocumented man was fined RM2,000 by the Magistrate Court, Thursday, for intentionally displaying the symbol, emblem and badge of “Kappa Rho Kappa (KRK)” which was declared illegal by the Registrar of Societies (ROS).
Kota Kinabalu: The Magistrate’s Court, Monday, fined a man RM2,000 or eight months jail for having 199ml of nicotine which was listed under the first schedule of the Poisons Act 1952.
