M&S brings on new third-party brands

M&S brings on new third-party brands Marks & Spencer is planning to add clothing brands Seasalt, Hobbs, Phase Eight, and Joules to its third-party offering. Sources told The Times that the brands had been chosen by M&S because they have a “significant overlap with its customers and would assist its plans to drive more shoppers to its website”. Last week Marks & Spencer completed its purchase of Jaeger out of administration, resulting in 233 redundancies. In October womenswear brand Nobody’s Child launched on M&S’s website, as exclusively revealed by Drapers at the time. In the same month, the retailer also teamed up with Ghost London to create a capsule women’s and children s wear collection for autumn/winter 20.
