The policy includes restrictions on the number of pet dogs allowed based on the size of the residential unit, responsibility for stray dogs being taken by RWAs and AOAs, mandatory dog registration with proof of vaccination, the use of muzzles in public places, cleanliness responsibility for dog owners, penalties for policy violations, and regulations for pet shop proprietors.
