A district court in Udaipur has transferred the murder case of tailor Kanhaiya Lal to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) as the latter had applied for it earlier.Following the transfer, the NIA will get custody of the killers, Ghaus .
According to an Indian Express report, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has determined that the killing of Kanhaiyalal Teli in Udaipur was meticulously planned and instigated by a person in Pakistan identified as Salman Bhai.
All the four accused in the Kanhaiya Lal murder case were presented at a special NIA court in Jaipur today. They were sent to a 10-day judicial custody by the court. The two main accused, namely Riyaz and Ghaus Mohammad, have been brought to Jaipur from the Ajmer high security jail amidst tight security.
Two more accused were arrested late on Thursday night in connection with the brutal murder of a tailor in Udaipur on Tuesday.The arrested persons have been sent to 14-day police reamnd, Additional Director General (ATS), Ashok Rathore, said on .
