It’s been nearly two years since this pandemic began and even though the fatigue has set in and we are seeing rising COVID-19 case numbers, there are reasons to be hopeful.
While the latest COVID-19 surge is slightly declining in Kern County health officials said they are not out of the woods yet. They are concerned because they are starting to see more patients in other areas.
