An Army soldier is dead after they were found unresponsive at a military base in Kuwait, the U.S. military revealed on Thursday.The Army is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Staff Sgt. Timothy Manchester, 34, of Austin, Texas, after they were found on Wednesday at Camp Arifjan."We send our heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased," U.S. Army Central said in a statement.Manchester had been supporting Operation.
