This is indicative of what is happening when we went out there and these are items they could have fixed and wouldnt have effected the other issues they need today plan for such as the stairs, and plumbing and roof collapse. That is what is before you today and because of that behavior we are saying that an order should be issued to make sure it is on the record so when they move forward everybody understand what has to be done.
