Explosion, possibly one of the planes tires blowing and then saw the fire on the right wing of the boeing 767. Billowing black smoke could be seen rising above the runway. Emergency vehicles raced to the scene. Chicago as you know had a horrific crash in 1979 involving an l1011, people were certainly having flash backs of that terrible day. Nothing that dire today.
