Grupa Pracuj (GPP: WSE), the parent company of a number of Eastern European job board brands, published its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022. Revenue totalled PLN 608.5 million (102.4 million), an increase of 28.1% when compared to the prior year.
Investcorp Technology Partners, a technology investor, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell German-based Softgarden e-recruiting GmbH, a provider of innovative HR software solutions to Grupa Pracuj, the parent company of a number of Eastern European job board brands.
