A limited liability company tied to Meriden-based Ragozzino Foods sold a deep freeze warehouse in Tolland to Duff Real Estate LLC, in an $8.7 million deal recorded April 4.
The 71,343-square-foot industrial building sits on 26 acres at 55 Gerber Drive.
According to its website, Duff Real Estate, based in Columbia, Mississippi, owns and develops properties for other operating entities of its parent company – Duff Capital Investors – as well as for other companies.
