Organisers said more than 60,000 visitors attended Salon du Chocolat 2021 over the October holiday weekend in France. The gathering of gourmets brought together 120 exhibitors from cocoa producing countries, master chocolatiers, pastry chefs and ‘young artisans of taste’.
