The relationship we have with other countries is very good, it has to be good or they wouldnt have done what they have done. Nato is suffering very badly from depletion of funds and it was going down like a roller coaster goes down and i was able over the last couple of years increase their contribution. Not the United States because we were paying more than anybody else. It was getting ridiculous and over the last couple years i had them increased by 130 billion, and this was done largely over the last two days, but also set up time before that, they largely contribute 400 billion more. It is a total of 530 billion of the countries put into nato. It is strong, far greater than anybody ever thought.
