LUANSHYA, Zambia, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) A Chinese entrepreneur has donated school requisites to 50 vulnerable school-going pupils in Zambia who passed their 2020 grade seven examinations to mitigate the challenges of COVID-19 faced by people in the community.
The Chinese nationality donated 200 exercise books and 50 uniforms to vulnerable pupils who passed to grade eight in various schools.
Making the donations on Monday at Masaiti welfare center in Copperbelt Province, Wang Li was touched to help the children because their parents could not afford to buy them their school requirements following the challenges of COVID-19.
