The Henry County government has filled a couple of important seats recently, and it turned into a game of musical chairs for Bobby Nolan. Nolan had been the county veterans service officer since 2006, until he recently decided to take the job as manager of the Henry County Airport. As a result, thereâs a new veterans service officer now. Heâs Jon Bolding, a Henry County native who spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. The chain of events began with the retirement of Don Davenport as airport manager because of ongoing health issues. Davenport had overseen the airport since 1999.
