WEATHERSFIELD A 59-year-old man is accused of criminal trespassing and loitering to engage in solicitation after officers found him at a truck stop Wednesday night.
Gerald Aldrich, no address listed, was found dressed as a woman and soliciting sex at the Pilot Travel Station, 2786 Salt Springs Youngstown Road, according to a police report.
About 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers were dispatched regarding a possible naked woman who may be lost or confused. When they arrived, they found the woman near the Blue Beacon Truck Wash after running from police, the police report states.
Officers discovered the person was Aldrich wearing a yellow dress, a wig and loofahs stuffed into the bra area, the report states. Aldrich told police he could not perform sex acts on a man while being a man, so he dressed as a woman, the report states.
