It was part of the Plastic Free Brunei initiative launched by Permanent Secretary (Administration, Finance and Estate) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Pengiran Mohd Amirrizal bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud and BIBD Managing Director and CEO Mubashar Khokhar.
