Gardai have seized a “cocaine press” and a large quantity of “white powder” following a heavily-armed raid in the stronghold of the Dundon-McCarthy gang Limerick.

Horgan - convicted of manslaughter and rape carried out when he was just 16 - was welcomed back to freedom by his girlfriend Teresa, sister of infamous Cratloe Woods rapist Thomas O Neill.
Horgan, now aged 36, finished a four-year sentence imposed for a terrifying knife-point robbery in Macroom, in Co. Cork.
He has previously committed serious offences within months of being released from prison, and is described as being a highly volatile and dangerous criminal.
The Corkman s release will be a cause for concern in Limerick, where he had been living, and it is expected gardaí will closely monitor his activities.
