Students in the Allegheny Valley School District are turning to art as an additional way to support their mental well-being. Helping the countyâs increasing population of people who are mentally ill is no small or simple task, which is why Bell Countyâs mental health deputies and civilian mental health providers are working toward enhancing their collaboration.
