A DOZEN Jewish members of Labour who have been investigated in relation to anti-semitism accused the party today of “increasing discrimination and harassment” of socialists.
There have been at least 35 investigations of Jewish members this year, some still ongoing, with 11 people suspended or expelled on such charges.
Though many are prevented from speaking publicly by legal or professional constraints, 12 agreed to go on the record by making a signed public statement, due to the “gravity” of the situation.
The 12 expressed outrage at being pursued by the party over anti-semitism allegations, accusing Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer of making a “mockery” of his own pledge to create a safe space for Jews.
