GEORGE TOWN: For the first time in 214 years, an award-winning Chinese temple in the city celebrated the birthday of one of its deities with the public.
Temple restoration project in Penang was recognised in three main areas, namely understanding of the place, technical accomplishments as well as sustainability and impact
