Inclusivity. The city was created more than 300 years ago. This brewery was born of that. Brewer saw bubbles coming up and said he looked like pearls. It was in san antonio all the way to 2001. Then it fell into disrepair a little bit. This represents an interesting thing that san antonio has become. When they tore apart the old brewery, they did this to build this place back up.
