Netflix is preparing to turn Mark Millar’s Jupiter’s Legacy into an anthology franchise, as Deadline is reporting that the company has ordered a live-action adaptation of Supercrooks while releasing the cast of Jupiter’s Legacy.

Jupiter s Legacy is coming in May to Netflix and we now have the first trailer. On Wednesday, Netflix gave us the first proper look at its next superhero series, adapted from the comic book series of the same name from writer Mark Millar and illustrator Frank Quitely. Jupiter’s Legacy spans from the 1930s through to the present day and is based around the first generation of Superheroes, who rose to prominence after receiving their powers. Fast forward to the present day, the original heroes are revered as the elder guard, while the children of the fabled heroes are struggling to live up to their parent’s legacy and legendary feats.
