The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners last month broke ground for the construction of a veterans burial pavilion at Cumberland County Veterans Cemetery in Hopewell Township.
The cemetery was consecrated in 1999 and had its first burial in 2000 but, to date, lacks a public space for services.
