Tonight Mayor June Caul will announce the recipients of the Moffat Family Fund Grant. The Committee of the Whole will also be receiving a letter presenting information about Boundary Waters Forest Management Corporation (BWFMC). The letter is submitted by Geoff Gillion, Tannis Drysdale and Mike Willick. This letter was in response to a request by Caul to have a formal report on the Sustainable Forest License and the BWFMC. The mayor requested that the report include an up-to-date list of the shareholders of the BWFMC, details of the ownership structure, including how many shares, and the types of shares each shareholder of the BWFMC holds, all pertinent details regarding the current enhanced Sustainable Forest License (eSFL) for the Boundary Waters Forest, and the previous Sustainable Forest License (SFL) for the Cross
