On Apr. 19, DAY6 made a comeback with their seventh Korean-language mini-album, The Book of Us: Negentropy. The album has a total of seven songs, with You Make Me serving as the album s titled track. The album peaked at number three on the Gaon Album Charts.

Due to member Sungjin s military enlistment, DAY6 did not promote You Make Me on music shows.

Prior to the military enlistment of DAY6 s leader, it was reported that that the boy band is currently working on a new album, which is planned for release in April. In response to the news, JYP Entertainment verified that the group is, indeed, preparing a new album, with the official comeback date to be announced at a later date.
With regards to Sungjin s parts on the group s upcoming album, he shared during the V LIVE broadcast that he had already recorded his parts ahead of time. DAY6 Sungjin even spoiled that the album will be consists of seven songs. In addition, the male idol assured fans that after he returns from the military, DAY6 will continue as a group.
