FLINT, MI The city says it will cut off utilities at Richfield Court Apartments, a condemned complex that was the scene of a suspicious fire three weeks ago.
“These buildings simply are not fit for human occupancy. The landlord failed their residents and this community,” Mayor Sheldon Neeley said in a statement to MLive-The Flint Journal. “We will continue to aggressively seek legal recourse against them.”
