Livingston County Wednesday reported the death of an male from Caledonia in his 70s who was COVID-19 positive at the time of his death. He lived at home, but was hospitalized at the time of death, Livingston County Public Health Director Jennifer Rodriguez told The Livingston County News. The death increased the county’s virus death toll to 24, with four of the deaths recorded this week. Three deaths reported Tuesday were all residents of Conesus Lake Nursing Home in Livonia, Rodriguez said. No other demographic information on the deaths would be released, Rodriguez said, citing privacy concerns.
