But terrorist groups continue to pose a threat in many countries with weak governance. AFRICOM Commander General Thomas D. Waldhauser AFRICOM Commander General Thomas D. Waldhauser is in Brussels this week to meet with the European Union (EU) Chiefs of Defense (CHODs) and discuss the current state of affairs in a number of African countries.
