PANO - A mission from the Central Military Commission (CMC) and Ministry of National Defense (MND), led by Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, visited and presented gifts to wounded soldiers and policy beneficiary families in Tay Ninh and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces on July 11.
