PANO - The Son La provincial Border Guard Command of Vietnam and the Louangphabang provincial Military Command of Laos coordinated to organize a joint exercise on May 30 in Son La province on preventing free migration and illegal entry and exit through the Vietnam - Laos border.
PANO – A mission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu, on October 2, visited and presented gifts to border troops who are carrying out missions in border areas in Lai Chau province.
