However, prior to the current one, there was no study specifically examining the association between BCAA consumption and odds of psychological disorders.
The purpose of the current cross-sectional study, involving 3175 Iranian adults (aged 18–55), was to examine the association between dietary BCAAs and odds of psychological disorders including depression, anxiety, and psychological distress in a large sample of Iranian adults.

BLACK FAMILIES have been harder hit financially by the coronavirus pandemic, according to a recent report by the government’s official statistics body.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) found that 27% of people from Black backgrounds reported finding it difficult to get by in April, compared with fewer than 10% among white people.
This report also showed that 25% of Black people reported they were behind on bills and 22% being less able to keep up with housing payments in the same time period.
