Is the sound of the car hitting those two little kids. Did the driver did not see them. She was saying once we were down the ground that the two little kids, um, are they okay . I didnt even see them. I didnt even see them. So she i dont know if she saw them or not or if she really just wasnt paying attention and wanted to just get through the light. They were administering first aid to the kids. They say the kids were conscious and they were talking. Obviously very very upset and traumatized by what happened.
