You have to admit the televised Oireachtas committee hearings on the Ryan Tubridy scandal have everything drama, money, conflict, humour, anger and farce. And that’s before we even mention Mattie McGrath TD.
The Tubs-of-Money scandal fits right into a long tradition of Irish controversies. It’s about someone with plenty of money who found a way of hoovering up even more cash. Not that anyone did anything wrong.
