Breaking news out of San Francisco. A major interchange is shut down for nearly two hours after shots were fired on the freeway. Good evening, im brian hackney. Im juliette goodrich. The shooting happened just after 4 30 this afternoon at the northbound 280 split to southbound 101. Just minutes ago we got word the interchange has reopened. Police say a man in one car shot at another car on 280. Two men in their 20s were hit. They are in the hospital. The suspects fled on the southbound 101 connector. Police are still looking for him tonight. Meanwhile it has been a week since the valley fire exploded across lake county killing at least three people and burning hundreds of homes to the ground. Tonight, weary evacuees are returning to middletown to see whats left. Our Christin Ayers is live along highway 29 and christin, it sounds like it could be a long road home. Reporter definitely.
