Star Digital Report File photo > File photo Fourteen people – eight female and six male died at the Covid unit of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) in 24 hours till 8am today. Of the deceased, four were Covid-19 positive and the rest died with symptoms, our Rajshahi staff correspondent reports quoting RMCH Director Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani. Four each were from Rajshahi and Natore, three in Naogaon and one each from Chapainawabganj, Kushtia and Chuadanga. During 24 hours, 188 samples were tested at RMCH lab through RT-PCR testing and 45 of them came positive while 280 were tested at Rajshahi Medical College lab and 68 of them were Covid-19 positive, Brig Gen Yazdani said.
