(Photo: Piyarat Chongcharoen) Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has ordered a 1,000-bed field hospital be set up to treat Covid-19 patients in Samut Sakhon, the centre of a major outbreak of the disease Gen Prayut, who is also defence minister, has also ordered the military and police to step up efforts to stop illegal migration and the use of illegal foreign labour.   The outbreak in Samut Sakhon is centred on migrant worker communities. Defence spokesman Lt Gen Kongcheep Tantrawanit said the instructions were issued at a  meeting of the Defence Council on Wednesday.
