These are baseless speculations,” Major General Babar Iftikhar, Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) replied here at a news conference when asked to comment on reports on social media that Lt Gen Faiz Hameed was being replaced by Lt Gen Asif Ghafoor.
