Airport security guard and delivery man look completely different after a 10 Years Younger makeover

An airport security guard and a delivery man looked completely different after a stint on Channel 5 s 10 Years Younger in 10 Days last night.  British single mother Michelle, 56, said her confidence plummeted when  her daughter s father left her 26 years ago on her first Mother s Day. Women in England almost twice as likely as men to be prescribed opiate painkillers

Last modified on Fri 16 Apr 2021 08.15 EDT Women in England are almost twice as likely as men to be prescribed powerful and potentially addictive opiate painkillers, prompting experts to warn that female pain is overly medicated and not properly investigated. The number of people prescribed drugs such as codeine and tramadol – often used for chronic pain – rose to 1.18 million in the first 10 months of 2020. Of these, 745,047 were women and 434,697 were men, a Guardian analysis found. The growth in such prescriptions issued to women rose by 4.5% between October 2015 and October 2020, compared with an increase of less than 1% for men. Annual averages showed the same trend, according to data from the NHS Business Services Authority, which deals with prescription services in England.

Truck Festival reveals star-studded line-up with Bombay Bicycle Club, The Kooks, IDLES and more

THE organisers of Oxfordshire’s biggest dedicated rock festival have vowed to carry on with this year’s event and have unveiled the headline acts. Truck Festival is set to go ahead at Hill Farm, Steventon, near Didcot, from July 22-25, headlined by Bombay Bicycle Club, The Kooks and Royal Blood. And tickets have already sold out. The festival ended months of speculation last night by revealing its first tranche of almost 70 bands and artists, and insisting the event would go ahead. This comes as other large events, including Glastonbury Festival and, locally, Cornbury and Riverside festivals and Cowley Road Carnival took the decision to call off their shows.
