A Dublin woman charged with dangerous driving following an alleged chase involving Garda vehicles on the M50 has launched a second legal action over bail conditions imposed on her by the District Court.
In her latest High Court judicial review proceedings against the Director of Public Prosecutions, Gemma Greene (24) has challenged bail conditions imposed on her by District Court Judge Treasa Kelly late last month.
Ms Greene was before the District Court in March in respect of two charges of dangerous driving, on the M50 at Junctions 4 and 9 northbound on March 1st last, against her.

On March 1st, up to 20 Garda cars and a helicopter were involved in the pursuit of a 151 white Mercedes on the M50.
The chase was livestreamed and the car was eventually stopped in Ballymun.
24yo Gemma Greene was initially charged with two counts of dangerous driving, but Judge Treasa Kelly was told today that she’s now facing a total of eleven counts of the offence as well as attempted criminal damage and a charge of engaging in conduct which created substantial risk of death or serious injury to another.

A HIGH COURT challenge brought by Dublin woman Gemma Greene, who is charged with dangerous driving following an alleged chase involving Garda vehicles on the M50, over bail conditions imposed on her by the District Court has been adjourned till May.
In judicial review proceedings against the Director of Public Prosecutions Greene has challenged bail conditions that were imposed on her by District Court Judge Treasa Kelly.

In judicial review proceedings against the Director of Public Prosecutions Ms Greene is challenging bail conditions that were imposed on her earlier this week by District Court Judge Treasa Kelly.
Those conditions include that Ms Greene stay away from Ballymun, be under curfew from 11pm to 6am, sign on daily with the Gardai and that she remains of sober habits.
The variations were granted following an application to the District Court by the Gardai.
