Stephen Silver, who murdered Gda Colm Horkan by shooting him eleven times with the garda s service gun, has been jailed for life with a minimum time to be serve.
THE father of murdered garda Colm Horkan has said the family have got justice and he hopes killer Stephen Silver "has to serve every day" of his life sentence.
