The Cathaoirleach of Greystones Municipal District Councillor Stephen Stokes is to contest the 2024 Local Elections, on Friday, June 7, as an Independent candidate and has pledged to protect biodiversity, improve infrastructure and push for more schools.
Over €8 million in funding has been allocated to 28 Wicklow Active Travel schemes that make walking, cycling and wheeling safer and more accessible in the Garden County.
