Some public interest lawyers under the aegis of Lawyers for Reform Group (LRG), have appealed to the Attorney General of Lagos State, Mr Moyosore Onigbanjo, SAN, to take over the prosecution of the alleged land-grabber, Abdullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, aka Ibile. Mosadoluwa is facing criminal and felony charges before the Chief Magistrate Court, Oshodi.
The Lagos State government has arraigned one Arakat Audullahi, a.k.a. Saheed Audullahi Mosadoluwa before an Oshodi Magistrate Court for various offences including kidnapping. Court document obtained by SaharaReporters on Friday showed that Saheed Audullahi Mosadoluwa, an allegedly notorious land grabber was arraigned before Magistrate Adesanya on a four-count charge bordering on conspiracy, malicious destruction of property, violent conduct, assault occasioning bodily harm and violation of human Rights on Wednesday.
